The Fedayeen Guild
 

Rumors abound about the persistence of a fanatical assassin cult based somewhere on Raji, devoted to the service of a mysterious Lady of the Shadows, presumed to be the Goddess Cyllyl. Her servants, known as the Fedayeen, are famed for their ability as single-minded killers and their devotion as obsessive fanatics. Literally translated as "Martyrs," the Fedayeen are ready to lay down their lives at the slightest whim of their enlightened leaders. Rumored to be not only relentless fighters but masters of disguise and infiltration, the Fedayeen practice their charm as well as their mindless combat endurance. They can be anywhere or anyone, and more than one of their victims has lost his life in the past by failing to recognize the face of his killer among his most trusted associates. Able to find their targets in the most secluded refuge and to follow them into the best defended fortress, the Fedayeen show neither mercy nor relent when their Goddess calls for her prey, hunting until they kill or are killed themselves. There is no escape from the Fedayeen.
