Description:
This skill allows the user to focus their spiritual energies, providing mindful rest in exchange for weariness of body. A resting body position is therefore required for proper execution.
It also clears any mind links, and is a requirement for any psionic spells which require a mindlink with the caster - i.e., psionic spells the caster wants to self cast.
