The Expert slinger Guild
 

Slingers are usually the initial combat force in battle. Their blows expose weak points in the enemy formation which the armored infantry then attacks. If the battle is going the wrong way, slingers provide enough time for retreat, since armored warriors are burdened by their heavy coats.

This is a non-magical guild.
