Like dragons, dragonians and tortles shed their skin. However, they do not need to sleep to do so, do not need a pile of gold coins, and they do not grow by doing so. However, dragonians are hybrid creatures, the children of the dragon race, and thus their color heritage varies greatly. As a result, dragonians can change their colors ten times throughout their lives. Whether or not they gain a new color (and thus a new breath weapon) is determined by their alignment, like dragons. Note that dragonians can change their colors, unlike dragons, and that dragonians do not gain resistances or vulnerabilities based on their color.
