Description:
Kali is the goddess of time and change. This spell bestows a blessing upon the target, allowing them to avoid being mired down and slowed. The cost for the first target is 100 SP. Each additional target costs 100 SP. Having a high wisdom stat will extend the duration of the protection. Casting this spell also costs the caster a small amount of vital energy.
