Description:
This spell causes a freezing blast of cold, the combined force of
a powerful gale and the freezing temperatures of an ice storm to
blast forth from the caster's hands. Wysoomians often use this
spell to harpoon larger creatures, as the ice becomes a very large
lance underwater.
