Description:
The black mamba is known in the bush as 'black lightning' because of its incredible speed. You have not experienced terror until you have seen this deadly serpent chase down its prey. When the black lightning strikes it need strike only once. This spell draws upon the spirit of the black mamba to grant the target temporary immunity to being slowed. The cost for the first target is 100 SP. Each additional target costs 100 SP. Having a high wisdom stat will extend the duration of the protection.
