Description:
The Wysoomian mage Aes particularly enjoyed this spell, often chastizing
his potential foes with a threat to silence them permanently. It causes the
tongues of all targets in the room to fill with the saltwater of Wysoom,
expanding them to ten times their size and inevitably suffocating the victim.
Needless to say, when Aes tells people to shut up, they shut up.
