Description:
This spell can summon a weapon for a psionicist. The normal weapon
summoned is the psisword. The psisword is the prefered weapon for
psionicists, and only psionicists can wield it. The weapon's size
and effectiveness is based on the psionicist's size, spell chance,
wisdom, intelligence, and the focus root chakra spell.
