Description:
This spell is a favorite of Wysoomian mages outside of their native
element. The caster transforms the moisture in the air into a humongous snowball about five feet in diameter. It is said it can often hit with the force of a battering ram, and the snowballs
tend to engulf their target in freezing slush. It's rather disgusting,
but Wysoomians find it hysterical.
