Description:
The psionicist is able to control his chakras and extend them over a room, creating a haven of peace and shelter. Unfortunately, any that leave this haven are unable to re-enter until the chakras lose their affect. The mindless are unaffected by this peace though, and may come and go at will through it's walls.
