Description:
This spell will summon a player's minions to you, providing
the player is in the room with you. It'll summon the minions from a
no-teleport zone, but alas, the caster can't be in one.
N.B.: The minions must be set to follow you for this to work. That creates
a link whereby the summon works. This spell has a great range.
