Description:
As a Jomsviking learns to channel and control more Runic energy, they often learn how to 'improve' the little lessons they have learned. This spell allows a jomsviking to summon forth the elemental power of a Rune to damage an enemy, for up to 700 damage.
The damage type done is dependant on the rune used.
