Description:
This spell allows the psionicist to create a persistent mental link with his target that can only be broken by death or linking to another being.
Though other spells are necessary to fully utilize the link, the mere fact that the two beings are mentally connected gives the psionicist the ability to hear the target's thoughts and to get rough impressions on what it sees. However, this ability only works in the one direction (target to caster) and cannot be used for more complex communication.
