Description:
Object Handling: buoyant
This spell will reduce the weight of up to 50 items on the ground.
It can only be cast once. The higher the percentage in the spell, the
more weight that can be reduced and the higher the spell point cost.
It is not PERMANENT. It will last the entire boot, or until the
item is stored and retrieved. The cost of the spell is based on
how much weight is being reduced. A high intelligence will lower the
cost of the spell.
