Description:
This spell empowers a fourth tier blaster creation with the power of the wraith. A wraith is the first example of a puppet master's increasing power. By empowering a creation beyond the means of a normal necromancer, a puppet master is able to create an immensely powerful magical being. The wraith gains much in power and intellect, so much so that it is often mistaken for being sentient.
