Description:
This spell makes a bulletin board in a player's castle. The castle owner must be present. Only one board may be constructed per room. The board costs 20000 gold pieces which are consumed by the spell. The gold must be on the floor or in the merchant's bank account. The target of the spell must be a unique name for the board. The boards function identical to regular boards except that castle owners have the extra power to remove any message posted on the board.
An empty bulletin board can be removed for 4000 gold pieces:
