Description:
After a curious Cryomancer discovered the effect of prolonged exposure to the frozen icebergs of Wysoom during an 'interesing' experiment, she crafted this spell. The caster chills the inside of the victim's body, not the outside, causing serious internal damage to the target (not to mention a nifty spell for making cold drinks at the local bar.)
