Description:
A very powerful and effective spell, Raji mages obviously drew
this spell from their homeland, where ball lightning arcs about
at random intervals. The ball lightning is under tight control of
the Raji mage, and some like to do tricks. Beware to those who think
to juggle with them though - Raji mages were banned from several courts
because more than one ball lightning burned an overeager spectator.
