Description: With this skill a Sentinel can put a warrant out for someone's arrest. By doing so, all guards and shopkeepers on that world will recognize the target as a wanted criminal and will attack him/her on sight. Note that once a guard or shopkeeper kills the wanted criminal, the flag is reduced. Meaning, a wanted criminal who has a warrant on him may have to die several times before his warrants are completely cleared. Beings can be warranted up to ten times. The higher the warrant of the world a being is on, the more bonuses the following skills receive against the criminal: execute, shackle, tackle, whip. The criminal need not be on for the warranting. However, the Sentinel must be in a city to file the warrant.
