Description:
With this skill, a Sentinel can steady a party
against a humanoid who had had their attention focused
on the Sentinel previously [minimum focus level of 5].
This provides a chance that casters will be able to continue
casting and invoking an already started spell through stuns.
This does not allow any other actions or starting new
casts and/or invokes. Each attempt to continue casting
removes one steady focus charge from the party whether
or not it succeeds in steadying the caster. The Sentinel
moving clears all such steady focus. If the target is a criminal
an extra focus charge is granted. Steady focus charges can
be stacked. Upon initial use by the Sentinel, it reduces the
focus on the target by 5, creating 5 steady focus charges on the
party.
