Description: This skill allows a sentinel to shackle a humanoid being. Shackling a humanoid being requires the sentinel have shackles. Shackled beings are set frozen if they are monsters, or turned into prisoners if they are players. Players can use the escape command to try to escape from their bonds. A shackled player cannot use skills, spells, or fight, but can move.
