Description:
This skill allows for the Order of Dulra student to cast spells that are required to be outdoors when they otherwise could not. It causes the force of nature and faerie stroke spells to do non-physical damage based on the world, when they would otherwise default to physical damage. Using this skill will disable or re-enable the latter effect.
