Description:
This skill allows the surgeon to operate on strange creatures that cannot sleep (or any creature that is awake). The surgeon must have knowledge of surgery and/or brain surgery for this skill to be useful. The skill is passive and simply allows the use of the normal surgery or brain surgery skill, bypassing the sleep requirement. Performing surgery on a conscious individual is more difficult and produces some additional risks for both patient and surgeon.
