Description:
This skill allows the Jomsviking to take two runes and combine them into a
new, unique rune, called a bindrune. Bindrunes are never certain, as the
combination of two magical forces is always a risk. The final product
creates a single new rune which will protect the Jomsviking from a random
damage type.
To use this skill type 'use carve bindrune at [rune1] and [rune2]'
