Description:
This skill will blind the target with a hot bludgeon
thin blade, or polearm, lowering the target's perception or
blinding him. Bonuses are given if the target is a criminal
and for crimefighting. Successful use focuses attention on
the Sentinel [+1 focus]. You can reach a little above your
height to blind the target, but polearms give even greater
reach. Some targets will still be too tall.
