Their merchant tasks make them easy targets for greedy foes. The Unseelie have spread rumors of Leprechaun riches, drawing further attention to the Seelie treasures by ignorant and greedy commoners. The fact that so few Leprechauns reveal the location of Seelie hoards is a testament to their ability to be sneakier than their opponents.
