This allows members of the selkie race to transform into their seal form. Seals have natural waterbreathing ability, but like selkies, can only see in light and ultralight conditions. Additionally, seals, because they are animals and not Gifted Ones, are unable to speak other than through their racial tongue (aquatic), tells, and whispers. To transform back into a selkie while in seal form, type 'aquaticform'.
