Giants are far too large and fractious to take orders and much too scatterbrained to have any sort of coherent plan. In fact, once in combat even the giant doesn't really know what he's going to do next! Depending on the target's size, giants can do all sorts of dreadful things, including bellowing, jumping up and down on the enemy, and even having a tasty snack!
