At some point, all Devils choose an allegiance to a Circle of Hell. Upon doing so, the Devil gains a bonus to a statistic represenstative of the sin of that Circle. They can further increase in this statistic by swearing their allegiance to their Circle later in their career. NOTE: The devil, NOT the player, chooses the circle (it's random). Also, every use of this power increases the devil's stats but reduces his experience point rate (by 1% per use).
