Throughout the Retroverse are scattered shrines dedicated to various
deities.  At these locations, Primal Energy can be donated to the deity
to gain a boon.  The boon gained at a shrine depends on the
sphere of influence of the deity the shrine is dedicated to.
The shrines, being sanctified locations are hidden by those
that raised them.  So search well for them.

Some wishes, however, are more paperwork than godly gift, and are
therefore in the Welstar Offices.
