The join restricted guild wish allows the character to join a
guild that would otherwise not be one of their choices (HELP
CHOICES).  Note that it only grants access to the guild in
question and does not, by itself, allow all levels of the
guild to be taken where they might otherwise be unavailable
(HELP WISHED PATHING).  This wish is insufficient to overcome
the restrictions placed  on joining particular guilds, where
membership of a particular  guild is specifically required or
forbidden when joining.  It might, therefore, allow a paladin
to join the assassin guild, but not to join the fallen guild
(from which they are explicitly barred).  It will also not
allow joining of guilds like the puppet master guild if the
requirement of being a fully trained necromancer is not met.
To see if a particular guild specifically requires or
disallows any other, consult the guild listing on the website,
or to check for specific required guilds, use the "paths"
command (HELP PATHS).  Tertiary only guilds will always have a
requirement for previous guild memberships and thus cannot be
joined with this wish.

The join restricted guild wish is a full wish and may be taken
multiple times, with the PE cost payed for each, in order to
join multiple restricted guilds.
