Primal Energy is a powerful force that can be gained and
stored by Gifted Ones.  Guilds understand this, and
have their own way of siphoning off the Primal Energy.
Guilds will happily take PE instead of dues to allow
a guild member to gain a level. 

The costs are:

     16     1
     17     3
     18     5
     19     7
     20     9


You can do this by typing 'advance with primal energy' 
instead of just 'advance.'.  Your Primal Energy will be
siphoned off, and you will be allowed to forgo paying dues.
