The TMI bus is a very special vehicle that is constantly on the move.
 It constantly seeks out those who give away just too much information.
 It has the power to hold any number of people, plus a driver. The
 driver of the TMI bus can be anyone and great power rests in the
 keys of the bus.  While a driver has the keys, they usually engage in
 picking up speakers of TMI, and in general causing more trouble than
 a pack of drunken Jomsvikings across the landscape of the six worlds.
 The more people who get picked up by the bus, the more powerful it
 becomes.  Entire parties have been lost beneath its wheels, along with
 the sanity and innocence of many beings.  Long before the TMI bus
 arrives, one can usually hear the grumblings of people threatening
 to pull the mud over.
