Full members of a guild can help newbie members
train their skills and spells. By having a full guild member
teach you, the cost of studying or training that spell or
skill is reduced. If the skill or spell would
have no gold cost due to newbie advantages, exp
is saved, otherwise the gold cost of the training
is reduced. 

  Both the teacher and the student must be in the training
room. The teacher uses the 'teach' command as follows:
  teach 
The student then just trains as they normally would.
The savings are dependent on the skill or spell
percentage difference between teacher and student,
and the teacher's overall ability.
