A rallying cry higher level players use to try
to manipulate the staff into a modification for
their advantage. Since the staff has professed a
willingness to help new characters, it seems to
some people that a cry about newbies will
blind the staff to the issues at hand, and work
magically, like Open Sesame worked for Ali Baba.

The solution to this is to take said character,
and force reincarnate them, charging them
experience until they are in said newbie range.
Which in most cases, will avoid the entire issue
they were worried about in the first place.
