An "unpain" is a spell or skill that increases the target's maximum
health points.  Examples of unpains are minor phlegm, heroism, 
viaticum and neuralysis.  Most guilds have an unpain-type spell 
or skill some can be cast on others.  Some unpains can only be 
used to target oneself.
