Room emotes are random displays of events or happenings in the room. 
Usually they are of no importance except to make the room seem more
life-like.  On the other hand, you may be drowning, burning in lava,
crushed by the oceans pressure, etc.  In these cases, the emote happens
constantly and more frequently.
