To clear out available namespace for new characters.
 
 Players removed must satisfy the following criteria:
 
      Character is under level 20
      Character does not own a castle
      Character is worth less than 75k exp
      Character has not logged on in ~3 months
 
 A player purge is run occasionally at the discretion of the Admin.
 So if you want to keep your character, go above and beyond one of
the criteria listed above, log on and play.

Note: those parameters may change on rare occasions: such
as removing the level and exp requirements, but changing
the timing to 'has not logged on in 2 years'.
