When you have a paintbrush, you may use the paint command to redo a 
    room desc in your castle. You must be a tenant or have a lease to 
    paint a castle room. Make sure you paint wisely, though- a 
    paintbrush can only be used once! 
    
    A paintbrush can also be used to add and remove details from
    a room, using the "detail" and "blot" commands, respectively.

    There might be a mob in the Retroverse that has a paintbrush for 
    you. If that is not accessable, there's always the opportunity to 
    purchase one from a merchant(HELP SPELL MASONRY). 
    
    The extended editor works for the paintbrush(HELP EXTENDED 
    EDITOR). The title of the room will be the first line after you 
    type "paint." Anything below that will be part of the desc, in 
    hi_blue. Also note for each new paragraph there is an automatic 
    two space indentation.
