Highbie--A 'highbie' is someone who is higher level than your
average character on the game.  Some are nice, others are pushy,
some can be downright rude -- none should be trifled with unless
you belong to this same category.

Highbies are the cream of the crop. Some may lead races, others may
lead guilds or champion them. Some may participate in war, and
occasionally win them. However, life as a highbie isn't all roses
and sunshine -- the gods of the Retroverse may attempt to teach you
a few lessons of humility.
