EMOTE, v. [Comp. of emotion.]  To display emotion. When used as a command 
it displays the name of the actor, followed by the text they entered.
Example: "emote laughs." causes the MUD to show others "[your name]
laughs."
Note: This function only works if the Gifted One has 5 RPPs (HELP RPP).
