Newbie equipment is an advantage for new players
[HELP NEWBIE ADVANTAGES]. While the advantage is in
effect, everytime the character enters the Retroverse,
they receive a set of equipment appropriate to
their guild, and race slots. Newbie equipment disintegrates
when dropped, or when you quit. However, it will
once again be on them when the enter the game next.
Newbie equipment can be toggled on and off via
the 'newbie-eq' command [HELP NEWBIE-EQ].
