The bank is a place where you can safely store your money until you need
it.  Every major city has a bank where you can DEPOSIT, WITHDRAW and
TRANSFER money.  Some classes even have the ability to take a loan from the
bank.  While you must normally WITHDRAW money from the bank to make
purchases, some actions will take the money from your account
automatically.  This includes training and taxes.  At lower levels these
actions are free, however at higher levels there will be a fee charged for
TRANSFERs and WITHDRAWals (HELP NEWBIE ADVANTAGES).
