%^normal%^Color codes can be used in certain circumstances to add color to
your text.  They take the form of %%^normal%^^color_name%%^normal%^^.

For example, if Rita entered "emote sets the room on
%%^normal%^^hi_red%%^normal%^^fire!%%^normal%^^normal%%^normal%^^"
It would show up as "%^emotes%^Rita sets the room on
%^hi_red%^fire!%^normal%^"

Although it is not necessary in every situation, it is curteous to include
the %%^normal%^^normal%%^normal%^^ tag to prevent your color from bleeding.
