The growth period is a time in every Gifted One's lives where they
have a chance of increasing in size everytime they obtain an 
adventurer level. At levels 4 to 30, the character has a chance of 
growing a bit, which has advantages and disadvantages ('help size'
for more information). Whether the character grows is based on 
chance, but can be modified by whether they have the max/min size 
wish ('help full wishes'). After level 30, the character will not 
grow any further.
